This browser add-on called Link Dossier.

Link Dossier's core function will be to spider all the links on a current web page and give you valuable information about the link destination when you hold your cursor over the link. By just mousing over the link you will get a pop up that tells you whether the link your thinking of clicking on contains any annoying awebber scripts, pop up advertisements, or squeeze page ads and for any pages that sneak through the add on, there will be a No follow tag function for any page you would choose to never see again.
